When given the opportunity,
excellence can blossom from the unexpected.
— Phil & Beth

Phil Rielly

Right after college Phil worked for one of the world’s largest wineries and eventually leading a large distributor. While there he was introduced to the finest collectible wines from around the world, thus beginning his love of wines and the industry.

While back in his hometown of Cincinnati he met the love of his life, Beth, who was finishing her Masters in Education. After a year of courtship, he moved back to Cincinnati and went to work in the healthcare industry, where he eventually started and sold a number of successful businesses.

Beth Rielly

Beth taught special education for many years. She worked at the elementary level and taught at Xavier University.  Seeing a need for services in the Catholic Schools in Cincinnati, Beth and Phil started a foundation called OptimALL. OptimALL helps students with learning differences succeed in the classroom and ultimately reach their potential.

The Riellys have two children, Cortney and Bobby. Both kids followed in Phil’s footsteps and pursued sailing. With a move to Florida, sailing became a year-round sport and each child continued sailing competitively in college.

Last but not least, Finnegan the Wheaten. The lovable wheaten brings this family so much joy. His neurotic ways and beautiful brown eyes melt our hearts.
